Many of you may have found this or done this before however let me offer something i have been doing for a few years now...
I have maybe anywhere from a dozen to 20 old buffing pads that i could toss into the trash. Instead i cut them into quarter sections and apply my tire dressings with them. When they get worn to the point they almost disintegrate i toss em! They work perfectly fine in getting a good, uniform dressed sidewall.
Just hoping to toss back something to the forum after getting 1,000 other things received from you guys and gals over the years. And forgive me if this is a no brainer to some but for those who are in the same boat (plenty of old pads to toss) and may not have thought of it...there ya go.
