Using sonax paste and nano polish with flex.... What speed?

What speed should i use the sonax products with the flex 3401. On the package it gives explicit instructions but it seems that is for a rotary. Wondering past experiences.

Speed 5-6 for Fine Abrasive Paste 5/4
Speed 3-4 for Nano Polish 3/6
