Hoping to work on my 2006 audi this weekend and had a question on what pad to use... Today I compounded with FG400 MF cutting pad with the new griots and the results were pretty good. I want to step it up a notch and use the sonax fine abrasive paste followed by the nano polish but I am not sure of which pads to use with those products. I have seen some use a cutting pad some use a polishing pad etc.. I was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction. I have the Flex 3401, Griots 3rd gen and Rupes 21. Anyone worked with the sonax products and these tools and had success?
