Is this GG backer plate made by Lc ?

I got that 3 inch GG DA for Christmas I just can't stop wondering looking at this yellow backer if it is made by lake county?

LC 3" backing plate is 2 7/8". You could check here if it is the same.

Thanks! That solves it this is not made by LC. There is no metal plate in the center.

The yellow foam doesn't feel near as soft as my LC 5.5 inch backing plate either.

I'm not sure why you're asking, but you can get replacement backing plates from Griot's, you have to call up and ask. I'm sure AG would get them for you as well if you call.
