A Montana Boars Hair Wheel brush, a Daytona Brush, and towels designated just for wheels and jambs. If you have those, sounds like your good to go.

Wookies fist

+1. If you don't already have one, a plush car wash mitt is a must. I have been using micro chenille wash mitts but recently switched to the CarPro wool mitt. It is AMAZING. I hear very good things about the Wookies fist too.

Personally I love my Wookies fist well worth the money. And so was the investment in my Master blaster.

You would probably enjoy some nicer micro towels to go along with your Costco bucket. I have lots of cheapos, but I will only let high quality (Cobra) touch my paint.

This looks like a nice mit, but I don't like the fact its "one sided" I like to flip the mit over half way through washing the panel to start with a clean side. You get twice a much "clean work time" with a 2 sided mit.

For $11 you can go to Advance Auto and get a huge Griots Wash Pad. This thing holds a ton of wash solution

Or for $22 you can go to your local BMW dealer and get their wool wash mit.

I'm not sure who makes this BMW mit, but its very high quality and dual sided. The "hairs" are a medium length, so the don't require any crazy combing or anything. I've even washed it with the microfibers and it comes out fine. It does not lint hair at all!

Whatever you do, stay away from this mit. I bought this from AG. It was nice at first. Then after the second use it started balding. Now if you use it, the room looks like your shaving sheep for wool, as there is wool everywhere.

Looks ok

I agree with this. I started with Costco towels. Gradually I started buying more and more nicer ones. Now I have 5 big plastic bins full of nice towels from all over. Once you start using nicer towels you will never go back to Costco towels.

I still have a stack of Costco towels I've never even used

I personally don't like the 2 sided wash mitts, especially the ones with a thumb. I find that they can get overly heavy when they are loaded with solution and I don't like to flip it on my hand after one panel. The heavier the mitt the more pressure you tend to apply.

For most people once they try the CarPro wash mitt they don't want to use any other wool mitts.

Something to consider is using a MF towel vs a wash mitt. Use a fresh clean MF for each panel. Your wash bucket stays perfectly clean because you never introduce any dirt into the solution. You can wash a car with one 5 gallon bucket.

I agree you can never have enough mf towels. Nothing wrong with the Costco towels but as you upgrade your mf's use the Costco ones for washing, door jams, trunk lids and interior stuff.

I still use a two bucket wash from time to time but really like the one bucket version because only clean wash items come in contact with the car.

If you have 4 or 5 wash mitts you can substitute them for the MF towels and do th same thing especially if they are two sided.
