So, what's the order that you all do? After washing/claying/drying, do you then complete the rest of the exterior?
Do you go ahead and add dressings to trims, tires, polish the chrome/metal, etc. and then polish the paint and wax? OR
Do you polish the paint first, than go and dress the exterior, etc. etc.

Also, is cleaning your glass the VERY last thing you do on the exterior?

After claying and wiping the clay lube dry (whole car), I'll go straight to polishing. Because of slight dust, or oils from polish the paint gets a cleaning with a cleansing lotion. Next is LSP followed with tire/trim dressings, chrome, and last glass cleaning.

Dressings/ polishing should be last because the polish will dust and get onto the tires. You also might need to do a quick rewash to get rid of dusting like Jimmie said. I like ehuth1's order.

Usually windows and trim are done last. I really don't tape anything off, so I would hate to mess up freshly dressed trim. Wheels and tires and usually done after washing. I like to give the dressing plenty of time to set in.
