Hi Everyone Happy Holidays!
Can i use Megs 105 and Megs 205 then plastic x. To clean the headlights up
I have a 3inch rotary pad i can use.

Yes. You may want to try sanding lightly with some 2000 grit or finer first.

Remember to put some kind of protection on them after you finish polishing

I recently did a 15 year old Volvo Wagon. The headlight were a dirty yellow and totally opaque.
I used sanding discs on a drill motor. Started with 320, then 1200, then 3000.

I sanded with the 320 until the headlight dust coming off was white. And it took quite a lot of sanding. About ten minutes per lens just to get through the deteriorated yellow layer.

But after coating with Spar varnish they still look like brand new.

Just polish alone will not be enough to remove the rotten yellow layer.

If they are just yellow, M105/205 should do it...the problem is they may not be "just" yellow. If you have failed factory UV coating on there, what is left will be very hard and have to be sanded off as the other members have suggested.
