I purchased Opti-Coat 2.0 for use on my wheels, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm getting a Suunto Ambit GPS Watch. The one in black looks sharp, but the anodized aluminum bezel is easily scratched (http://forums.watchuseek.com/f233/any-problems-ambit-bezels-720797.html). I know that Opti-Coat can be used on bare metal, and I'm thinking about putting a layer of Opti-Coat on it .

Any thoughts? This should work to add a little bit more protection, right? Thanks!

:welcome: To Autogeek Online!

As long as the surface is clean, pre-wipe with Isopropyl Alcohol, you should be fine....
