Is using a VPN like from Hidemyass or similar good enough to hide from the Torrent nannies. I've read the Canadian gov't is going to start demanding IP addresses from servers in the near future.

HMA is a great VPN, and yes I'm worried about stricter internet regulations.

Am I hearing this right? A LEO asking how he can continue to bootleg IP without getting caught?

I use VPN and fake ip's to watch NFL and Soccer games......you can literally buy a fakeip for a dollar a year, it redirects through England, so your PC will register in the UK. You can turn it on and off and have no ill done to your pc or mac!

Do you honestly think you can't be tracked?
