One of my coworkers traded in his mustang for this Scion TC and from the first day he got it I was trying to talk him into a new car prep. After a couple weeks he gave me the green light and I knocked it out on a day off. When I got my hands on it he had it for about a month and brand new straight from the dealership it already had a lot of swirls.. no big surprise there. This was exterior only and was a lot of fun. The most unique thing about this car to me is the entire roof is glass. Never seen a car with so much glass before.

This one was out of order but had to throw it in there as well.

Thanks for looking !

I like how you use different types of brands of products from otc to pro lines. Excellent outcome. I like to see when detailers use variety and not just stick to one brand of product.

Great end results, that metallic really shines. Inside of the rims came out like new.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Just an update on this car. I finished this car about three months ago and now the car is in worse shape than before. Now I have to convince him to start washing it himself instead of taking it to the car wash. It is disappointing to see this car with more swirls now but hopefully he will start taking better care of it

Some folks just do not appreciate the work that goes into a detailed vehicle.

That's too bad...

Part of detailing cars is to evaluate the customer and match your services to their needs and to also educate them on how to properly take care of your hard work.

But once you've done the above there's not much else you can do..

I have found in life that the more you charge the more the customer seems to think their car's clear coat finish is impervious to swirls and scratches and of course that's not reality at all.

Now I have to convince him to start washing it himself instead of taking it to the car wash. It is disappointing to see this car with more swirls now but hopefully he will start taking better care of it

Good luck with that...

Maybe offer to put him on a maintenance plan where you come by and wash it bi-weekly?

Love the color too...
