Dont know about many conventions other than SEMA and it ended few weeks back.
Maybe try your home PC and use goggle for conventions in your town

prices depend on so many things like location, products used, level of experience, amount of service being performed, how many shops are nearby that you are competing with, how much equipment you have to pay for, many other things. i learned a long time ago that charging lower than average gets you more of some customers but also loses the confidence in other potential customers. some people still cant get past "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" and simply "there must be a reason its that cheap". do a good job and charge a lot of money. it works. IMO
