I can't really tell from your pictures, but I have seen quite a few older—Lexus? Lexuses? Lexi?—with oxidized single stage paint.

If its oxidation you could use a paint cleaner. I think thatll do a good job of removing contamination and bringing back the shine.

There are several ways to approach this.

Your goal will determine how much work or effort you put into the paint prep..

Although difficult to tell from the photos, my guess is the paint is oxidized and needs a thorough cleaning and polishing.

There are quality paint cleaners available that will remove oxidation, staining, embedded grime that washing and claying miss. Some of these cleaners use fine abrasives while others use chemicals.

Polishing with a product like Menzerna Super Finish SF 4000 will also remove and finish defects up to the 2500 grit range leaving the finish bright and super glossy.

If you're purchasing over the counter products Meguiar's Ultimate compound and Meguiar's Ultimate Polish are outstanding choices...

If this signage isn't attached to your garage doors...

If I were you...
-I'd head on over to my local Pep Boys/AutoZone and pick-up
some Meg's A12 (in the maroon bottle).
-Use it on your: Test-Spot...You'll know right away if oxidation is your vehicle's paint problem.
-If so...and pleased with that result: You may just want to continue A12-ing.
