View Full Version : How can I rig up a sprayer to my shopvac?

I had a tennant carpet extractor, but I love my rigid wet/dry vac so much that I was constantly reaching for it instead of the extractor, so I sold the extractor on CL (for $75 more than I paid for it).

It sure would be convenient to have a sprayer rigged up to my rigid, though. Anybody got any ideas on how this can be done?

In the past I have used a pump sprayer. It works pretty well and has great coverage

AG is stocking a Tornador product that sounds like what you are searching for:

more than once I have used a fine-mist sprayer with APC and sprayed into small grooves (cup holders) and the like on interior and exterior.
I follow-up within seconds (not allowing any problem dripping) with tapered nozzle of shop-vac.
The APC gets into the crudded area, liquifies crud, then vac it away.
