View Full Version : The two day old ,ran over flex update!!!

I got a flex 3401 on tuesday and ran it over with a Audi S6 on wednesday (12 hours of 100F took its toll). So i called flex and flex sent me to Powerhouse Dist. Flexes american service provider. So i sent the polisher to powerhouse. Expecting to get a 100-200 service bill and when they called i braced and they told me ;

we are covering it under full warrenty!!!No charge!!!

i was very strait forward with flex and told then exacliy what happend.
i will be buy more flex tools because of they stand by there product. :thankyousign::urtheman::urtheman:

That's Great customer service there, I use my FLEX 3401 very rare over my PC, cost too much, lol and was afraid if it broke or was damaged that I'd have to replace out of pocket. Now it may get more work hours.:buffing::buffing:

I broke the switch,switch housing,trigger,speed control.

That's great. But I'm not gonna try it out. I like my flex.

Yeah, I'm going to try not to run mine over, either. Especially since mine's out of warranty.

now thats customer service. Not too many places will warranty something when you say that you ran it over.

On a side note, anyone thinking of running theirs over should reconsider and donate it to a needy detailer
