One of these places below.
Authorized Warranty Service Centers - Flex North America, Inc. (http://www.flexnorthamerica.com/service-centers.php)
They have repair parts in stock or can order them. It comes back in great working order. At least for my overheated 3403. I haven't been able to break my PE-14 or 3401.
Tool repair covers diagnosing the problem and replacing the broken part with either a new or refurbished part. Details are below.

Just spoke to a gentleman named Jim at Powerhouse today. I explained my scenario with my 3401 and he gave me worst case as far as parts and what labor would cost as well. I decided to just purchase the parts I thought I may need in hopes of saving time on turnaround and cost of shipping. Figured worst case is I am stuck with a spare part on hand and saved money on future shipping.
If my 3401 wasn't past the one year mark I would have sent it to Powerhouse in hopes of Flex covering it.
