Hey fellow Autogeeks I am in the process of learnig how to post pictures in threads and wanted to test it out. Anyways I am a painter and the following pictures are of a front lip that I painted for my BMW. I have probably 5 times the amount of clear on it and I wish I had a gauge to measure it. If anyone knows about paint guns this was shot with a SATA HVLP 3000 with a 1,4 nozzle on it.

Yeah, that looks really nice. Maybe I missed it, did you mask the letters so they stayed the color of the part, then removed the mask and cleared after you sprayed the black? Or am I way off base?

Lol. I forgot to mention that those are vinyl stickers that I put down after the color and before the clear. So the sticker is part of the paint job.
