Four Star Ultimate Tire Protectant Gel--Users?

Guys, I see this stuff is on BOGO Four Star Ultimate Tire Protectant Gel Boosted with Polycharger! Buy One, Get One Free! (http://www.autogeek.net/four-star-ultimate-tire-protectant-gel.html) and it sounds pretty cool being Polycharged and all...but I can't find anywhere that anyone has used it. Does anyone have experience with this product?!?! Does it yield a dry-to-the-touch finish when it cures? Sling? Durability?

I used the original, dont remember if it was polycharged at that point. It is not seriously glossy but a gel so a little care is needed to make sure it is not applied to thick (sling). As I remember it was nice looking and somewhat durable. In general most things in the line are good are well thought out, with BOGO just adding to it.
