A customer came by today with a water spot problem.
Beautiful red '11 Honda Accord Coupe.
She baby's it but gets sprinkler water and spots each day where she parks.
Of course we spoke of another parking spot and such.
He has been turtle waxing over the water spots for months and even though she washes it regularly he now has the spots sealed up.
I misted a spot with water, wiped it off.
Re-misted scrubbed a little dawn with MF pad.
Rinsed, wiped off, rinsed and applied GG Paint Prep to the area.
After letting it sit for a few minutes, re-applied GG PP, massaged into paint with my fingertips. Rinsed off and dried. (I'm talking about a 24" x 24' area)
The GG PP had removed anything that was covering the spots.
I took a little M205 on a hand pad and worked the are over pretty good.
Wiped off and VOILA!
Spots gone.
The GG PP had allowed me to get to the unprotected/treated paint to remedy the trouble.
My first time with this product. Worked well. Did what it said it would do.
