2007 C6 Detail

[DRT BRD]

Got a call from a friend of a friend to clean up his Corvette. Main focus was to remove the hard water spots, clean up the finish by removing the majority of the swirls and add a good layer of protection. Side note: Tires were not dressed at the owners request, you'll see why. :secret:

Exterior:

Washed with Dawn and various MF wash mitts
Wheels & Barrels foamed/cleaned with Chemical Guys Diablo Wheel Gel and various brushes
Wells and tires cleaned with Meguiars APC and various brushes
Embedded contaminants removed with Speedy Prep towel and ONR as lube
Glass cleaned with Meguiars Perfect Clarity Aerosol
Rubber dressed with ShowRoom FX White Pearl
Compounding:

D300 w/ Meguiars MF cutting disk
Optimum GPS on the roof with a Optimum Polishing Disk
Meguiars D151 w/ Meguiars MF cutting disk
Followed up by a final wash with Optimum NO rinse and Car pro eraser
Wax:
