Question about CarPro Cquartz 30 ml. Kit

Hi:

My name is Raymundo Alvarado, I am from Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico. I have been a customer for about 4 years.

Last autumn I bought a CarPro Cquartz 30 ml. Kit , but last weekend when I finally decided to use it in my wife's car, I was surprised because the liquid in the bottle was dry. Since I bought it I haven’t opened it, and now I notice it is dry; I suppose that this condition is not normal: did I make some wrong procedure? Does the product have an expiration date?

Storage: the Cquartz can be stored 6 months if it is closed and protected. avoid humid and moist area, Keep out of Refrigerator!

Might have been exposed to moisture. If you bought it from here, I would still try to contact AG, see if they can do anything about it.
