Just bought DP 4 in 1 Rinseless Wash.....Can I wash the entire car first before I dry it?

I wouldn't if you are working outside just incase it dries onto your paint and may leave water/soap marks. If you are inside, maybe do 1/2 the car and then dry, just to be on the safe side.

is that the only reason why ?

you only need to dry a panel before it dries to prevent waterspots...usually if I am workin in my garage and the car is not too dirty i do half the car before i dry it..

Outside I do a panel at a time, inside I will do 1/4 to a 1/2. If I am outside and its sunny and hot then I definately do a panel at a time to prevent water spots. If its late afternoon I may do 1/4 at a time.

How do you guys go about using the 4in1? Do you just dunk your mitt, glide across the panel then dry?

i dont use 4in1, but I do use onr (basically the same stuff)....dunk the mitt in...i squeeze the mitt to "prewash" the area I am about to wipe...use qd as a lead spray....glide acrosse gently....dunk my mit in a clean water bucket...and dry the panel i just washed...

"As a lead spray"?
probably should have elaborated on that...basically i spray the area ahead of where my wash mitt is about to go...wash mit in left hand...spray bottle in right hand... i spritz an area and the wash mitt follows closely behind where i just spritzed

I use a chenille mf mitt. Dunk in bucket wipe panel using little to no pressure. How much I clean with each dunk depends on how dirty. I dunk mitt in bucket then I do some more using the other side of the mitt. I tend to do it that way so that the mitt gets rinsed off twice before the used side hits the car again. If car isn't very dirty I will just turn the mitt over and do more before I dunk again. I dry after 1 panel or several depending on temperature. Bird bombs, gritty dirt or mud I use a 2gallon sprayer to rinse off before I start.

I used a Shmitt and washed one panel at a time. Used the two buket method. It worked great! Here is the post I wrote about it:
