Today is a little strange trying to do this car because I have switch the polish product line from 3M to Meguiars (105 and 205). It was not easy...

I first try with PC XP but just dont wory for me... hands got numbed immediately... so I switch back to Rotary, SO MUCH FASTER!! and i graduately got used to the 105. It is difficult to clean up... but 205 is very similiar to 3M Ultrafina but does not splash as much. and the result is very comparable with each other.

but I need to get smaller pad because the current pad is not easy to work with rotary.

Picture time!

Great work. You seem to like polishing those black vehicles. I do to. Thats why both of mine are black. How are you liking the 105/205?

Cool looking car the owner has.

lol. because black cars are most motivated for myself even alot of times i can't get 100% swirl out... and the reflection from a black car is just astonishing so.... lol

and i don't like 105 that much because removing the residue is so hard without making it red. especially i am change from 3m products. BUT the cost for the gallon size is just so good that i will try to master the 105. 205 is easy to use. so i like it.

I agree with you on 105--a little more dust than I want, and the residue is annoying. Optimum's polishes are better for me in that respect.
