I notice fine scratches in the sunlight on the plastic cover of my speedometer and tach.

Will plastax or plexus remove these marks n not hurt anything?

Any other suggestions. Thanks. cM

Haven't used plastax, plexus will not. I used novus by hand with very good results.

These are what I have used. Quite successfully I may add.

Meguiars Plastic Care Kit: Meguiars #17 Plastic Cleaner & Meguiars #10 Plastic Polish work together to clean and clarify auto plastics. (http://www.autogeek.net/megglascarki.html)

Plexus and Plex-All are great for upkeep, but your gonna need something a little more powerful for swirls and marring in plastic.

Meguiars plasti-x has never failed me for swirls in plastic and cleaning them up at the same time.

Novus, I use this for my other hobby of 1/25th scale model cars and it works AMAZING.
