GG Glass Sealant

Does anybody have any experience using Griots Garage Glass Sealant? I read all the directions on it but wanted to hear from people that have actually applied it.

Yeah use it all the time. Apply 2 coats on top of each other. Wait until is totally dry or it will smear. The longer you wait, the better it buffs off. Thats it. It's pretty easy. You can apply it heavy, just wait for it to dry to remove. I like it. It lasts a while and is cheap.

What's it do, exactly? Like Rain-x? I tried Rain-x a long time ago and hated it for the PNW weather--more mist than rain, so the wipers just scaped it off.

So I would image that it should be applied while your car is inside a garage so no dust or debris can stick in it while its drying? Approximately how long will it last?
