Thank Goodness For The 2 Bucket Method!!!
It's been about 2 years now since I polished my wife's 2006 Hyundai Elantra. I removed the pin stripe and proceeded with M105 and then M205 which achieved a stunning finish. After nearly 2 years, I haven't needed to perform even a light polish on the car. It's had nothing but 2 bucket method washes, whether it be a full hose wash or rinseless. The paint looks better than new, so I wanted to start this thread to show how proper washing will keep a finish looking great for years! Here she is with a coat of DP Poli-Coat sealant, a coat of Poor Boys Natty Red paste wax, and a coat of Pinnacle liquid wax.
