i've read about D151 and decided to buy a gallon. I tried to transfer it to a squeeze bottle and use it but it is so clunky and gooey. How do you transfer this to a squeeze bottle?? It feels and looks like gooey silly putty.

and why is the consistency like that? All the other polishes and compounds are like liquid. Did I just happen to get a bad batch?

Sounds like it could be a bad batch. D151 should be more like a cream just bit more so than D300.

You have a bad batch. It should be like UC. It should be like a heavy cram but not the consistency of honey.

Meguiar's D151 is a thick cream and doesn't pour particularly well. When I transfer it I use a funnel and when pouring it's thick and glob like especially coming from a large mouth gallon jug......

I agree with Bobby. I think I'd describe it as being a little bit thicker than most lotions. I mean hey, it's called D151 Paint Conditioning Cream for a reason. It's a bit thicker than M105 if you ask me.

Leave it outside in the heat for a bit and then transfer it. Never had an issue. Great stuff though.

D-151 is about identical in consistency to mayonnaise from a squeeze bottle. Pretty thick.

Try this and shake the gallon once it's warmed up. I've stored my gallon of D-151 in high temps for a year now and it is still nice and thick.

My gallon jug of D151 has a flip top cap so I just hold the jug upside down and squeeze when transferring to a squeeze bottle. I keep all kinds of caps incase I ever want to switch another out for better transferability. That's always an option if yours doesn't have a flip top cap.

I bought a pump that screws into the top and pump it into squeeze bottles. The consistancy is very think and sometimes annoys me as its hard to shake to get outta the squeeze bottle.
