Los Angeles area detailer needed!

Hey guys as you can see I am new to this forum. If I didn't post this in the right location, would the moderators please move this to the appropriate forum.

I just bought a brand new 2013 Mustang GT and it is deep impact blue. I'm looking for someone reliable that can wash and detail my new baby. One of my concern is all of the black trim around the car and the small details. I need someone that'll take the time and mask off all the trims, I just dont want any wax residue on the trim (I know most of you feel me on this). Any help would be greatly appreciate it. Oh and I live in an apartment so I would have to take my car to you guys... Thanks everyone!!!

If you ever want to learn how to do it yourself, and maintain your own car. I wouldn't mind letting you try out my stuff, and tools and such if you want. I am in Pasadena, but you can surely come try out my polishers, and sealants and stuff if you ever get interested in doing it yourself! But, if you go the route of Pro, SuperiorShine and Joe all the way.

Everyone is timid at first, but it's actually quite easy, fun and relaxing! If you ever choose that route let me know, I'd love to help, especially since you're in the area!

I just bought a 2012 Mustang GT. Tell Joe to Opti-Coat your trim. That's what I did to mine. It's a permanent coating, so the trim will never fade. I live in Pasadena as well.

If you can get Joe to work on your car you will have one of the best in the industry. If you really want to keep it nice, get on his "Maintenance Plan" and your car will always look brand new for as long as you own it.

If his customer list is full then there are plenty of other great detailers in the LA area just be sure to vette them here before letting them touch your new Mustang. Guys like Joe or anyone with a posting history on this forum will know what they are doing.

That's not to say someone that doesn't post to a forum like doesn't know what they are doing but,

Detailers that hang out on forums like AGO know more than detailers that don't.

Plain and simple.


Find out what type of products, pads and tools they are going to use. Ask them what the last tool and pad will be for any machine applications and avoid getting your car completely swirled out.
