View Full Version : Detailing a SUV that is covered in vinyl wrap?

Besides hand washing it, is there anything you would apply after drying or just let it be? The vehicle is not 100% covered but has all sorts of different pieces on it in a theme as advertising.

I'm also interested in learning how to care for a vinyl wrap. Looking forward to some advice.

any GOOD spray wax/sealer will make it pop. just tell them this isnt a long lasting thing and try and sell them some thats how I do it. Lot of boat wraps down here in se fl. I use Aquawax from duragloss 952 and get it from ag. real high gloss they love it.

I agree about AW for sure but something a bit more concentrated would be a product like Black Fire crystal seal, afterwards the AW would be a great product to use once a month or so.

I use V7 on my MINIs vinyl stripes and it never affects them. Makes them look very clean. I have never done a full vinyl wraped car though but maybe look at this?
