I had finished a Camaro today and had the tiniest amount of OG left. We had recently purchased a new toilet and I decided to apply the OG to the seat and the inside of the rim. Had I more, I would have done the bowl too.
That got me thinking...how many people have treated other non-automotive surfaces with OC/OG?

I coated the front of the lenses of my raybans. They were getting tiny scratches from the garbage case. Figured it would protect it.

They bead like crazy now! lol

But I kind of regret it though. After I coated them, I was trying to spot any possible issues it may cause. And I feel like I have more back glare now(when light hits you from the side, it reflects off the back side of the lense creating glare). Its annoying because I never noticed it until I coated them. I cant figure out if it did it before, or if I now noticed because I was trying to find problems.

To the OP, in answer to your question, yes. But aren't we all?

-Don't believe you're nuts, per se...

-But I suppose caution should be taken when egressing from your morning constitutional...
A: 'Your nuts'-..."Slip Sliding Away"~(Simon&Garfunkle) situation may indeed occur.

BTW... What material is your new toilet made from
-Vitreous china (ceramic), porcelain, "plastic"?

For now...The Wife, in order to preserve her inheritance (LOL), has turned our modest home
into an "institutional-environment" for the aged...
(NOTE: I'm NO. 1 & 2 in her book, it seems)

Some questions she has:
-What is your estimate on the durabilty/longevity of OG on a stainless water closet?
-How well will OG withstand "Old-Man Abrasives"?

Thanks.

:)

How funny is that, I have a toilet I have to pull off the floor, and I plan to use some lime remover on the bowl while I have it off to get it nice and clean and smooth...and just within the last couple days it crossed my mind to OC 2.0 it at the same time. So if you're nuts, you've got company.
