I was just on Meguiar's website, and I can't find their sanding discs listed in any of their products pages. I found the unigrit sheets and sanding blocks, but not the discs. Does anybody know if they've quit making them?
I love their unigrit papers. NOTHING else comes close to them. They cut sooo fast but sooo evenly, without ANY deep gouges (unless you're just trying to murder whatever you're sanding). Somehow they never clog up, and they last FOREVER. They make the other premium brands I've tried look like low grade junk in comparison.
As good as their papers are, I was disappointed in the discs. They're not bad, but they don't blow everything else out of the water. They're just as good as 3M or Norton, but no better, unlike the way the unigrit papers blow those brands out of the water.
I wish Meguiar's would take their unigrit Nikken papers, leave them exactly like they are, but cut them into 3" circles and slap some velcro on the back of em. I've been trying to figure out a way to do that myself, lol...and I'm only half joking about that.
