Yes hello every my name is Paul and I go by the madgreek.I have been a member since May and I am kinda late getting over my stage fright of getting in front of alot of people even though I can't be seen or see everyone else.
I just want to say hello and tell everyone that I am not doing this for a living but doing it because I love cars and finally want to clean them the right way. Considering I am 57 and disabled because of a Spine injury I am am trying to throw myself into detailing. The only is it takes me almost a week to detail mine I still luv it.

Welcome to Autogeek Online Paul! Or Madreek.

Good to see anyone do it yourself member that wants to keep his ride looking good. If you are doing all your work by hand, look into a dual action polisher. Takes most of the hard work out of detailing.

Well thanks everyone you make me feel at home. Now that I got over the stage fright I will be looking forward to getting all kinds of pointers from everyone. As far as the polisher I purchased a porter cable x7424 and still haven't used it.I really don't know if I can use because it of the vibration.I should of sent it back and got a flex 3401 or something that doesn't vibrate as the Porter Cable. Well let me go to bed I need my rest and thank you all for the support.

I'm a relative newbie at this too, so I won't be able to offer much advice. But if it's something I've had experience with, I'll chime in with my 2 cents.

And welcome to the AG Forums, Paul!
