Take your pick:

Swirl Removers, Compounds & Car Polishes (http://autogeek.net/swreandpo.html)

A little (a lot) more info would be helpful- like a picture or good description of the swirls, what machine you'd use, what pads, etc.

use the XMT line with the Lake Country foam pads, and get a pc Porter Cable orbital polisher. just go to the autogeek.net you might even find a package deal that suits your needs.

Lots to choose from and it can be overwhelming but XMT line up is user friendly and you can't to wrong with Edge 2000 pads or Lake Country pads both are wonderful pads. I agree check out the combo's maybe one is good to get you started. I would encourage you to get the Porter Cable 7424, very good machine.

Perhaps if you could tell us what exactly you plan on doing would help oxidation, water etching, deep scratches, light scratches...or all of the above lol.

Good luck and feel free to ask lots of questions.
