Leather seat issue, how can I fix this

I detailed my car this weekend (inside and out) and was curious on peoples opinions on how I can fix the cracking of my leather seats.

Swissvax makes a kit called leather healer. Designed for fixing cracked leather.

You can only improve the appearance of the cracking, that one is almost too far gone.. You should have started the basic care a long time ago.

Thanks for the tips. This was a used car, so a lot of the issues happened way before me owning it.
