The thermometer in my Pathfinder briefly touched 107 degrees. I'm near King of Prussia PA.

Amazingly enough, this 11 year old Pathfinder is still able to put out 40 degree air from the AC in this weather:

Two questions:

1). How hot is it FL today?

2). Who is crazy enough to detail outside in this weather???

Florida is not that hot. The the high pressure is coming from the carolina's from what I heard so anything from the carolina's up the coast is so hot.

I made the mistake of taking my s2000 to work today with the top down :( My back was soaked when I got out lol.

Top up on the way home for sure with the A/C blasting :)

I couldn't imagine detailing in this temperature. I wiped the S down last night, cleaned the wheels and put some tire shine on for today and I was sweating like crazy and it was like 80 out last night lol.

It's hot here too, but I've got a Mustang to work on this afternoon. Shouldn't be too bad, not like a few summers ago where it was 110 for a week straight.

Fresno,CA is in the middle of a few 100 degree days as well with the hottest being 109 on father's day. We're lucky that we don't have the humidity that FL does, ours is dry heat.

It gets pretty hot also down here in south Texas. It's pretty normal for the temp to be in the mid 90's and the humidity pushes it beyond 100+. It's gotten to the point when I'm mobile that I stopped doing traditional washes and only do rinse less.

I wish. Supposed to be 99* around us today swanicyouth.

Managed to pull off some yardwork last night though. Sweating is good for the soul. And man does it make beer taste good.

Well, I guess I must be an AutoGeek, or just plain nuts. Did a complete detail on the MINI yesterday in the driveway. Temp was 94 when I looked. Started @ 0700 & finished @ 1900. Took an hour break around 1300 because there was no shade in the driveway. Getting the MINI ready for MINIs on Top @ Mt. Washington this weekend. (Should be interesting, there are 257 MINIs registered for the run.)

98 in the Hudson Valley. I have detailed three cars in the past three days. All received an AIO and a light interior. Tuesdays vehicle was dropped off at 6 pm. Worked on it until 2 am. Left the garage door open really cooled things down then. Yesterday I worked from 8 am to 1 pm on another vehicle, just a little bit warmer. Now today was the worst! Just finished my third vehicle this week and I couldn't be more tired. I have a wash and wax later today after the customer gets off of work. So hopefully it will cool down some!

Stay cool and hydrated everyone!

I am detailing today. Car said it was 100 and the humidity is around 70%. Pretty hot but I'll take it over cold or rain any day!

88 degrees with 94% humidity. We are waiting on getting 5-10" of rain over the next few days. Tropical system out in the Gulf of Mexico.
