Sure - but you wouldn't really be able to use it as a car wax :D Check out Dodo Juice Flat Earth, which AG sells as part of the Dodo Juice Carnauba Canister (http://www.autogeek.net/dodo-juice-carnauba-canister.html):

Carnauba Paperweight Here’s something interesting for you. Part of Dodo Juice’s quest, besides making great waxes, is to dispel myths about carnauba content in car waxes. To prove a point, their Flat Earth Carnauba Wax is 70% real carnauba and it’s rock hard! With no additives to soften and enhance the wax, it’s just not useful as car wax. As Dodo Juice points out, all Flat Earth is good for is a paperweight. All Dodo Juice car waxes are easy to work with and they have all the carnauba you need to make a good car wax.

If you do a search there is two ways to measure wax content, and I believe Todd once did a great post on it. One is by volume the other by ______ ?? (sorry I forgot)
