Pic is of a bumper bolt that's showing rust. Many others on bumper as well. I've seen some info on types of "iron removal" gels and such that are applied then washed/wiped off. I've even seen some pics of a product that was used on paint to remove contaminants (metal based I suppose).
What re the names of these products and are they all about the same?
More powerful? Less toxic? Gott get some. ...thanks!

I have used a good foaming glass cleaner and steel wool with luck on things like this before.

Been using this for years, and years, and years...
Best product I've found for rust removal/prevention on actual, chromed-bumpers:

#000 Steel Wool and a little soapy water will knock off surface rust stains without too much elbow grease. I love using it to clean chrome.
