So im going to buy new 5.5" pads. I am already going to be the LC HT for sure. I am undecided between LC Flat Pads or Buff N Shine pads. From experince which one do you prefer? they will be use on xp7424

Both are the best in the business. LC HT and flats are amazing, so are the Euro foam B&S.

I use only buff and shine and 3m.I tried the lc and just didn't like how out worked compared to the others. Now for b&s I've only used the flat 6 in and the waffle 8 in. I live and primarily use 3m but there are times when you need the different options that b&S offers.I really can't find anting wrong with the b&a.d. I fiddly know they made 5.5. I would get yellow black green and white. I usually use yellow ask the time and finish with black.

^^^ So your saying that you definitely intend to purchase LC HT pads? If so, then buying B&S pads would give you an opportunity to compare the two. I vote for HT and B&S.

Lake Country pads are de-laminating a lot and not lasting at all.

I'm about to order some B&S ...

In multiple threads if you read the forums, this is caused by too much pressure and to much chemical. Not a manufacturing defect. If there is a defect on our product that is not related to possible improper use, I have no problem correcting the situation.

I've had no problems with my LC pads delaminating. The HT and Hybrid pads are awesome as well as the flat pads on the lesser cut of the spectrum are wonderful. I haven't really used the ccs or other flats.

I used to use the LCC flat and switched to B/S. I love them. Especially the yellow, green and white.

I've only ever had (1) LC pad (a constant pressure CCS pad) out of dozens of pads (flat, ccs, hyrdro) ever delaminate and it was due to age and abuse, not a manufacturing defect. You wouldn't be going wrong with either brand, but it's LC for me.

Just found out the Buff N Shine warehouse is down the street from my house. I emailed them so see if they have a showroom where i can go buy some pads sometime this week otherwise I will have to drive to Orange County.

I've been very happy with LC pads and haven't seen the need to try anything else...plus I get better pricing on LC. ;)

this ^ i've had zero issues (mainly velcro adhesive with the other pads) with them thus far...
