This a Volvo S40 that I did last week, but haven't had time to post. I picked this job up while doing a weekly wash for one of my clients. The owner of the Volvo had just got the car washed at the local full service wash that morning. She was extremely dissappointed w/ the quality of wash she received. It only cost her 15 dollars, but it cost her time and stress waiting for it to be finished. I told her I would help her out by giving it a good cleaning and an application of Poli-seal. Take a look at the carwash finished pics:

She was very happy, and said she won't be taking it back the local swirl-o-matic wash:)

Bradley, glad you got a new client now. Thanks to the wash monkeys:D at the swirl-o-matic
Don't beat yourself up over the door jams. They look 100% better then the befores.
As you do this, you learn more and find ways to make it faster and easier

The moral of the story is don't be cheap to your vehicle, pay the extra and you get quality.

Very nice Bradley, I really enjoy reading everything you post buddy. Very nice turn around.

Thanks for sharing oh and +2 for you...to me you did a good job on it.

Strokin04, when the mats or wet, take your wet/dry vac suck up and the next line suck down. Now that's how I get my mats to look like that. I don't know if Mike or Justin dose their mats like that or not.

Thanks for that info Sparkie I will have to give it a try this weekend and see if I can get the line pattern. IMO it just makes the detail look top notch and when people see it they know that you went above and betond on detailing their car. Mike...

I just vacuum like normal then spray w/ Meg APC and brush the entire mat in one direction then I use a grout brush I got from Wal-mart to brush a few straight lines the opposite way. Justin uses his small attachment on the vac to make it lines. Just try both and see which you like best. I don't have the same attachment, so just use a brush.
