First try an advesive remover or mineral spirits, then try polishing it with either m205 then 105. I know you use the CG line up so maybe try some medium cut stuff. I usually use an orange pad. If you have it, Car Pro Ceri-Glass works really well especailly with a rotary and a glass pad. I've been using that combo on a lot of cars and then OC them and it works great!

a friend sent it, assumed its on the outside (it has to be), only cg polishes i have is an aio, and bl ( if you count those) and v34, i have a gg w/ 105 205 po85 and ultimate compound

is the cg water spot remover compound based or chemical? because I have that as well

Good to know. I should be getting some Ceri-Glass in a few days with my next order and plan on doing a full write up. My wife's Kia has a super messed up windshield (driving at night is ridiculous) that I will be polishing out hopefully sometime next week.
