I was thinking of using http://www.autogeek.net/dp-glass-cleaner.html with a white LC pad. THe windshield has some wiper marks that need to be removed...or should i look to another method?

Gary, thanks for letting me know that, I've been using AIO and steel wool.

I have used AIO on my windows. I don't know if it would get the wiper marks out but I like the way it looks on the glass.

Do you apply the AIO by hand or PC

Do you apply the AIO by hand or PC

I usually do it by hand just to clean and protect the glass but if I had some marks or water spots I wanted to try and get out of the glass I would use a PC.

And it does not haze the glass and helps the water beed off, Do i apply it and let it haze and buff off?

 Maybe he did get the idea from you sparkie. He's the only one I ever heard say he used AIO and #0000 steel wool. I think Surfer caught his last wave somewhere but I don't really know.

I use SSR1 on a white pad to remove stubborn water spots, etc. on glass. Likely any finish polish would work similarly.

Best way to get glass to look new is a cerium oxide polish for glass..it will give glass the new car look....use with a PC and a 4inch pad...glass turns into a diamond..removes scratches smooths out pits so less noticeable...

I used DG 101 and a white pad on 3 moving slowly. Let sit for 30 min then wipe off. I even followed it up with DG105 but not on the windsheild.
