Any soft foam finishing pad, such as blue, red, gold, crimson, or even gray. :dblthumb2:

I have the griots da and was wondering which pads are better to work with. THe 5.5 or 6.5. I have the ccs pads in 6.5. IF i go with the 5.5 do i need a different backing plate.

As much as I like to use my Griot's RO, simply using the pad the Souveran came with is so easy I see no reason not to simply use it. The end result is still spectacular.

5.5" work better for correction. Yes you need a 5" backing plate for the 5.5" pads. Lake country. lake country 5 inch backing plate, 5 inch backin plate, 5 inch hook and loop backing plate (http://www.autogeek.net/lc43125.html)
I like the low profile hydro tech pads Lake Country Hydro-Tech 5 1/2 x 7/8 Inch Foam Pads , hydrotech foam pads for water-based polishes, lake country foam pads, buffing pads (http://www.autogeek.net/hydrotech-low-profile-pads.html)
Or the lake country flat pads
Lake Country 5 1/2 x 7/8 inch Beveled Edge Foam Pads, buffing pads, Lake Country curved edge pads, polishing pads (http://www.autogeek.net/lake-country-beveled-edge-pads.html)
