Anyone ever get burned my the quick disconnect to the handle of the tool?
I've never felt it get this hot to my knowledge or got burned by it. Could there be something wrong with my machine?

I have been burned many times.

Machine is probably fine.

Never been burned by it but it does get hot. I'm very cautious touching even the metal cleaning tool while I'm using my machine. I like it hot though so I'm not complaining...

I got a burn blister on my forearm from the fitting. I like it to get hot too, but im worried there might be something wrong. Maybe im just paranoid.

Got burned a few times yesterday using my spyder for the first time. I'm thinking about buying some slip on pipe insulation and cutting a piece to slide over the brass coupling.

I've never actually been burned. But, I have touched it and quickly pulled away cause it was so hot.

They do sell a sort of velcro wrap that goes around that area. I used a wrist sweatband, ha.

I'll have to keep that in mind when I work with mine (just got it Friday). Pipe insulation would be a good idea, I'd just be worried that it would have to be moved every time you wanted to disconnect it.

+1 on almost getting burned on the fittings. Hell, even the rubber line leading up to the sprayer gets pretty hot.
