Just curious if some of you wax the black exterior trim with a non stainig wax like Collinite 845 or use a specific product like UTTG or a sealant.
Thanks

I use 845 currently. It really lasts and just gives the trim a black look no shine though. Just apply thin and wipe off almost immediately. I am looking into Cquartz DLux though.

I've actually done both with the products you mention and both work. I particularly like to use Collinite 845 on my wiper arms...

As said, sometimes ill use 845 depending on the car/type of trim/time of year.

I guess to protect it. A dedicated trim guard is well worth it though.

Thanks Bobby,i've also used both on different vehicles and was wondering what others were doing.I like UTTG because i don't have to return to wipe it off.
