Duragloss PreCleaner Is a blend of selected abrasives, which remove oxidation, scratches, and water spots. Duragloss PreCleaner is recommended for metallic paint, older cars and oxidation removal. Clear coat safe.

Duragloss PreCleaner #652 polishes your vehicle to a bright, smooth shine in preparation for the application of wax. The special abrasives level the edges of swirls and scratches, and remove water spots to create a smooth, uniform shine.

After using Duragloss PreCleaner, the clean paint will bond better with the paint protection. Since a wax or sealant only looks as good as the paint underneath it, the smooth, polished paint will have a glossier, more reflective shine underneath your favorite last step product.

Duragloss PreCleaner is a true polish capable of removing swirls and oxidation, whereas many precleaners or prewax cleaners are chemical cleaners without abrasives. If your vehicle is an older vehicle in need of swirl removal and cleaning, Duragloss PreCleaner is a great choice.

If your vehicle is in new or like-new condition, you may opt for a product such as Duragloss Polish & Cleaner (PC) #101, which contains a cleaner to remove mild oxidation and old wax as well as a long-lasting synthetic paint sealant.

Duragloss PreCleaner works on all types of paint. It does remove old wax, so always follow #652 with a coat of wax or a sealant, such as Duragloss Clear Coat Polish #111.

Prepare your vehicle for a smooth, wet-look shine by precleaning with Duragloss PreCleaner #652.

So my questing is, is it a compound or a lite polish. Cutting power compare to XMT1 or XMT3? Maybe more?

Haven't tried it Sparkie. Does the bottle say anything about machine or hand?

I don't know, I don't have a bottle in front of me. Just seen it on AG's site. I do know that #101 is one heck of a cleaner. Check out the link.

Sparkie..it is a polish with some heavy Chemical cleaners and lite abrasives....It does a nice job...it will remove hazing and micro marring..and eats oxidation up...works good on paint tranfers...scuffs...tar...think of it like XMT 1.5 with a heavy chemical cleaner..but it does leave a nice finish...best used with a PC with a finish pad for just ramping the final finish up..or a polishing pad to a lite cut pad for paint corrections...

Sparkie did a great turn around job on that tracker. I still have not tried any Duragloss products. I going have to order some one these days based on some of sparkie's results.

Bags I never have used #652, but that is how I do use #101. Work it in with your PC until it's almost gone and wipe the rest with MF.

Bags..it does not dust....I use a 4 inch pad since it seems to get absorbed some what...

Put it on the pad...smear it on the paint and work it in till it about clears...sometimes if you over work it it seems hard to remove..just use a QD or fast clean and shine to wipe it off...
It is not going to due heavy corrections now...just for very lite stuff and finished look ...it is chemical cleaner and lite correction product...
