Anyone top D151 with another LSP for more protection?

I like D151 and I have a gallon of it....and I want to use it up...but I'm not overly impressed with the durability of its protection.

My customers typically request an LSP that lasts...so it puts me between a rock and a hard place.

Anyone ever top D151 with anything to improve its durability?

Sure, you can top it with most sealants and waxes....:props:

I like 151 cutting ability but hate the durability so I will always top with something else.

Somebody on here mixed 151 and DG 501 or 105 can't remember which but they really liked the results....I'll see if I can find it and post that thread.

Has anyone ever tried topping it with opti seal or any other wowa sealant?

Also how long does 151 have to cure before it is topped?

I have routinely topped 151 with UPGP and BF crystal seal....great results...

Can't comment on durability as it was a customers vehicle, but I will ask when I see him.

I frequently top D151 (or other AIOs) with Opti Car Wax. Goes on quick, looks very good and has decent durability.
