Need deatailing product advice

Getting ready to work on my Aspen. And I would like some input on the best product i can use to achieve the wet look shine a black metallic SUV.
Here is the steps i will take


wash
clay
wash
compound
polish
seal
wax

Please help me fill the blanks with recommended products. I'm military so time and cost is an issue as i don't make that much.
I would like some recommendation on how to dye my gray like carpet also. So everyone please chime in and help me out here. thanks.

wash with mf mitt and cg wash and gloss (or clear)
clay with mothers claybar kit
buff off excess residue after claying each section work 2x2 areas and you wont need a second wash thus saving time and money

po85 as a finishing polish if desired
you can get a free sample of blackfire wet diamond paint sealant with any order over 50 here, that will be a great looking and lasting sealant, with this imo you don't need to wax thus saving you even more time and money and an incredible finish.

A sealants protects like a wax but lasts a lot longer. Being you seem to be new to polishing I would use Meguiars ultimate Compound instead of m105. It's more user friendly, and you don't loose too much cut. After, you can finish with m205 or ultimate polish.

If you apply Opti-Guard (better say: if you pay for a professional detailer to apply it - the consumer version is called Opti-Coat) you won't need anything on top of it. In fact, anything you apply will only last a few weeks since it does not bond properly to the surface. Anyway, you can still use OCW or a nuba for the looks, but you will loose some of the good Opti-Coat properties (dust repelency for instance) while the topping lasts.

ok so i would maybe use opti guard for the roof and the lower part of the body panels and then do the rest with wax as i want to have the wet look finish or not ?
