Spraypainted spare mirrors base and clear polishing help

They came out great but are still slightly dull, I have a gg 105 205 po85 v34 Meg's ultimate compound, 5.5 pads, how do I go about polishing these? Should I just go by hand? They're awkward you know?

They also have water spots on the mirrors I picked up some cg water spot remover from here hopefully that will take care of this?

I would start off with a polisher and make as big of a "dent" as possible on the surfaces you can then move on to the rest by hand.
