Hi all,

I love 303 Aerospace for interior dressing, but recently the need for an exterior dressing for black plastic trim came up.

I'm looking to select one of these three cause I really like the Detailers line of Meguiars. Which one would go with ? Is there anything else out there to consider in a similar price/value range ?

Meguiars D170 Hyper Dressing

Meguiars D161 Silicone-Free Dressing

Meguiars D160 All Season Dressing

Thank you.
Theo

Ultima Tire and Trim or perhaps Perls .... more expensive but also last longer meaning less applications needed.

dont bother with most "trim dressing" products you will just be let down after it rains, just go with ultima tire and trim guard, solution finish, or wolfgang exterior trim sealant. these are the best for trim and will last. by the time you end up realizing most stuff just dont last, you could have bought a bottle of a good trim product. i learned this lesson the hard way. and most trim sealants seem expensive untill you realize you do not use much product at all and a bottle will last a very long time.

+1. I have PERL 1:1 on the tires, and some of the rubber and plastic trim. VERY nice!

I agree with the suggested trim products, but if the OP wants an inexpensive OTC product, get Meguiar's Ultimate Black. Won't run and will last a month or two.

If you want something cost effective thats really versatile but doesn't last long go with Meguiar's Hyper Dressing. If you want something that last a couple months and cost effective but a little less versatile I would go with UTTG+ or WG ETS since its on BOGO.

Thanks a lot. That's exactly my thoughts as well. I guess I'll have to make up my mind.

WG ETS is on the Wolfgang BOGO:xyxthumbs:But its still $20 for eight oz. vrs. 6 bucks for Meg's Ultimate Black, no freight charges (OTC) and you don't have to wait.

No, it's free if you think about it :)

Buy any WG product you had your eye out for and get the 4 oz ETS free :)

That's what I did, I already had a 4 oz bottle of ETS, just wanted to get another one since it was pretty much free with the BOGO deal.
