I know from time to time we see posts praising AG customer service and because I had a great experience this week I felt compelled to say a quick thank you.

I had an issue this past week due solely to user error. I contacted Avi over at Carpro via email for his advice.

Within 24 hours he had written me back and emailed Meghan with a solution. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by Nick on my cellphone. With the addition of a few BOGO items my package was out the door and I had a tracking number emailed to me. Again, this was all within 24 hours.

We are truly spoiled when it comes to working with Autogeek and companies like Carpro. It's not often that when I have an issue or looking for advice I hear back from the owner of the company within 24 hours. To anyone out there who has a problem with their order call AG before complaining on the forums. I'm sure if you are reasonable they will straighten it out.
