What an icon...of course all I can think about is that mess about 15 years ago when he got caught trying to sell "new" Shelby Cobras that weren't.

Carroll Shelby pioneered many of the performance packed cars of yesteryear and forged the Muscle Car era for Ford.....

Barely a blip on the screen of a legendary career. Not to mention a man that put almost as much time into charities as he did into designing great performance cars.
